Welcome to the world of Ballroom on Tower Street.

Every story begins before the first word is written.

This is where that beginning lives.

Ballroom on Tower Street: A Tale of Impossible Possibilities is a story about a young heroine named Dreama — born in the town of Elyria, on Akara, a hidden continent on a planet called Oritaya, a world inspired by African folklore, fable and spirit.

It is a story about three powerful angels and a war against darkness. About a girl's faith and a single pink rose that becomes a symbol of courage for everyone who finds it.

It is a story about finding yourself in the middle of everything trying to destroy you.

But before it belongs to the world — it belongs here. To you. This is where I share what is happening behind the scenes, between the chapters and before the world knows what is coming.

What story changed you?

Every reader has one.

A book, a film, a myth, a fable, a story passed down from someone who loved you — that got inside you and rearranged something. That made you see yourself differently. That gave you language for something you had been feeling but could not name.

Dreama's story is rooted in the belief that stories are not just entertainment. They are maps. They are medicine. They are the spaces between the stars that allow us to travel from one version of ourselves to another.

So tell me — what story changed you?

And if you are willing — how did it change you?

Drop it below. I genuinely want to know. 🌹

Why I wrote Dreama.

Dreama is not a character I invented.

She is a version of me — my muse, my mythologized self, the part of me that exists in story rather than in flesh.

She lives on Oritaya, a planet I built from the bones of African folklore and the marrow of spiritual truth. She was born in Elyria, a town on a hidden continent called Akara, and she carries a mission that is both impossible and inevitable — the way the best missions always are.

But at her core, Dreama is simply a young woman trying to find herself in a world that is doing everything it can to make that impossible.

She finds herself when she finds God.

And that journey — that specific, terrifying, beautiful journey of walking through darkness toward light, of choosing faith when fear is louder, of discovering who you are in the very middle of the…

What does wellness mean to you right now?

Not the definition from a book or a wellness brand or a social media post.

Yours. Right now. In this season of your life.

Because wellness is not a fixed thing. It shifts. It deepens. It surprises you. What it meant to you five years ago is probably not what it means today.

So tell me — what does living well look like for you right now?

Is it rest? Boundaries? Movement? Stillness? Community? Solitude? Faith? Creativity? Something you are still searching for?

There is no wrong answer here. Only honest ones. Drop yours below. 🌸

The four dimensions of a whole person.

In my work as a holistic whole person life coach, I have come to understand that healing is never just one thing.

It is never just the body. Never just the mind. Never just the spirit or the heart standing alone.

True wellness lives at the intersection of all four —

Spiritual: the part of you that asks why, that seeks meaning, that longs for something larger than itself.

Emotional: the part of you that feels, that grieves, that loves, that carries stories older than you can remember.

Physical: the body that holds all of it — that needs rest, nourishment, movement and the simple grace of being cared for.

All of you is welcome here!

Not just the part of you that has it together.

Not just the version of you that shows up polished and certain and ready.

All of you. The part that is still figuring it out. The part that is healing. The part that is stronger than it knows. The part that is asking questions it does not yet have answers to.

Whole Person Wellness exists because we are not just bodies to be maintained or minds to be managed. We are spiritual, emotional, physical and mental beings — and true wellness means tending to every single layer of who we are.

This is the room where we do that work. Together. Honestly. Without judgment.

Pull up a chair. You belong here exactly as you are.

Wellness is not a destination — it is a way of moving through the world. This is the space where we tend to all four dimensions of a whole, healthy life: spiritual, emotional, physical and mental. Share what is working, ask what you are seeking, and know that every part of you belongs here. Healing is not a solo journey. Neither is this.
